Our aim is to supply you with your dream, where your taste and requirements determine the choice and design of your home. We offer luxury living at an affordable price, along with the secure, peaceful surroundings and a friendly community atmosphere. Here at Woodlands it is a great lifestyle to enter into, many of our residents say they love living the new village lifestyle they once used to dream about.

Camping

The park is a large open level grassland, beautifully bordered by nature itself, offering shade in the summer months. We have two ponds where quiet hours can be spent enjoying a spot of fishing. We have electric hook-ups (advisable to pre-book), and a modern toilet and shower block facility, which has been awarded 'Loo of the Year Awards' during the last few years. There’s plenty of space on our large camping field, to accommodate all forms of recreation - ideal space for kids to let off some steam! We also operate a small site shop providing all your essential items from camping gas to a bottle of milk. Our friendly staff is on hand to answer any questions on the area and to provide tourist information on local attractions.

Holiday Lodges

We are able to offer an 11 month holiday license, which allows you to enjoy the benefits of your second new home for as much or as little of this time you choose. All our holiday homes have connections to electric, water, sewage and LPG. The only real way of experiencing Woodlands Park and the picturesque Weald of Kent is to come and pay us a visit.
