Medina Parks ‘Residential’

Medina park is an idyllic retirement park home site on the Isle of Wight. It is picturesquely situated on the east bank of the river Medina about two miles from East Cowes and contains 158 fully residential park homes. Homes are individually owned, each resident paying a ground rent for the pitch on which the home is situated.

Medina park is divided up into five separate areas, each being landscaped, and each having its own green open space. All the internal roads are hard surfaced and have street lighting. All homes are detached and are well spaced out and each has its own garden. Every home has mains water, drainage and electricity supplied through underground connections.

Medina park has its own shop, which carries a wide range of groceries, and an off-licence. There is a post box near the main entrance, collected daily.

All homes are fitted with natural gas central heating and are normally supplied fully furnished and ready to move into. They are built to a British Standard Specification and are well insulated which keeps heating costs down. Homes are warm and comfortable, easy to keep clean and maintain, and they appreciate in value the same way as bricks and mortar.

Every purchaser automatically recieves an agreement under the Mobile Home Act 1983, giving security of tenure. At Medina Park there is a continuous programme of development and improvement.
